New Patient Exam

Haven't been seen at Wild Spines before? We need to do this first!
Your first appointment will include a full medical history, physical exam including special tests (orthopedic exams, muscle testing, neurological testing), and assessment for treatment. As long as I find no contraindications, I will treat on this initial visit

Adult (Age 16-103) $90

Child (Age 0-15) $40

Fee Schedule

I accept cash, check, card, and Health Savings Accounts/Flexible Spending Account debit cards. I am not contracted with any insurance companies and will not bill them directly, however, I will gladly provide you a Superbill which you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This allows me to better serve and individualize your care.

Due to the ever rising price of gas, I do charge a travel fee. This fee is an upfront cost determined by your location, and you will never be presented with hidden fees.

For animals not listed above including but not limited to poultry, goats, llamas, alpacas, pigs, cattle, guinea pigs... please contact me for prices!
